Florence suffers from a crystallization of the image. The most classic photos have been reproduced almost identical for over a century in millions of copies on postcards, newspapers, advertising, media, and anyone, wherever he comes from, has already in mind, about Florence, this series of stereotyped images. 
For me, living a few steps from these monuments, it has become a challenge to  try to re-photograph these Florentine icons, finding new interpretations.
